Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Stock Pulse ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Stock Pulse, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Stock Pulse provides:

• Algorithm-generated trading signals with entry prices and performance data
• Market news filtered by sentiment (bullish, bearish, neutral)
• Push notifications for new signals (premium feature)

3. Not financial advice

• The trading signals, news, and content provided are not financial, investment, or trading advice.
• We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or dealers.
• You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.
• Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results.
• All trading and investment decisions are made at your own risk.

4. No guarantee of results

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signals or information.
• Trading stocks involves substantial risk of loss.
• You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred from using the App.

5. User responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not rely solely on the App for trading decisions.
• Conduct your own research before making investment decisions.
• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Premium subscription

• Premium features are available through a monthly subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing your subscription

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Free trial

• If offered, any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

7. Intellectual property

• All content, features, and functionality of Stock Pulse are owned by us.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
• "Stock Pulse" and associated logos are our trademarks.

8. Third-party services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google) — analytics and notifications.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Yahoo Finance — external stock information (via links).

These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App.
• Your trading or investment decisions.
• Your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for any reason.
• You may stop using the App at any time.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms.
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
