What moved LHAI stock

Linkhome is a beaten-down real estate microcap. It closed its buyout of Mortgage One Group, a lender with roughly 28M in warehouse capacity and licenses across 18 states, and in the same press release launched an "AI Infrastructure Financing" arm for GPU servers plus a decentralized GPU marketplace. A real estate shell suddenly wearing an AI hat — momentum desks eat that up.

The mechanics

Float is about 13.6M shares on a cap of barely 11M, and over 300M shares changed hands — the whole float rotated more than 20 times, so price became whatever the fastest buyer would pay. Short interest sits under 1% of float, so this was float and hype, not covering.

LHAI by the numbers

Cap~11M / float: ~13.6M
Day volume~329M (roughly 3,000x the 98K average)
Prev close0.66, then a 1.82 print at 9:30 (+176%)
52w range0.53 to 22.33

The alert window

Stock Pulse flagged it premarket at 08:31 at 1.37. The peak, 2.84, printed at 15:58 — 447 minutes later, up 107%. The window was long but ugly: it sank to 1.26 by 10 AM, under the alert, chopped sideways for hours, and only ripped in the final minutes. A real-time reader had the double, but only by sitting through a whole morning underwater.

How LHAI's move ended

It settled at 2.74 — still about double the alert and up ~315% on the day. After hours it ticked to 3.24 on basically no volume and bled right back; a print with no size behind it isn't a price. This name traded at 22 a year ago and sits 97% below that high, and "AI financing" from a real estate shell is a narrative, not revenue.

The tell: when the fuel is float rotation instead of short covering, the move lasts exactly as long as the volume does.
